CTBio-LAB

CTBio-LAB is located in the Technological Business Park Porto do Molle (Nigrán-Vigo), whose promoter is the Consorcio Zona Franca de Vigo (CZFV), partner of the project. The CZFV and Bioga provide a series of services and facilities free of charge for the duration of the project to natural and legal persons recently created or in the process of consolidation (preferably less than 42 months) of the biotechnology sector.

This action contributes to Galicia’s Biotechnology Promotion Strategy 2016 – 2020

For natural persons such as recently created legal entities or those in the process of consolidation (activity of less than 42 months preferably) of the biotechnology sector.

The use of these facilities will be free of charge during the execution of the CT-BIO project and their use is conditioned to what is established in the CTBio-LAB Use Regulations that you can consult here.

Interim Managers for support in the direction and management of already constituted bio-companies

This service allows the company to have a part-time professional with extensive experience in direction and management in a specific area (marketing, finance, strategy, etc.) that is incorporated externally to the management structure to manage a specific area with pre-defined objectives.

Duration of support: Approximately 3 months.

Advice on New Business Models

This service is fundamentally aimed at entrepreneurs and promoters of business ideas aimed at the implementation of a Start-up through a new business model. Start-ups will also be supported in the initial development phase of their business model.

Duration of support: 15 hours.

Private advice and coaching to bio-constituted companies

The aim of this service is to support the specific needs of bio companies in order to improve specific aspects of a specific functional area (finance, strategy, commercial, human resources, etc.) in a specific and determined manner.

Duration of the support: 15 hours.

Advice on Internationalization

It will consist of the provision of a personalised advice and support service on internationalisation in previously selected markets which are aimed at analysing their potential, providing information on the internationalisation process and which will take the form of support in the realisation of an internationalisation plan or internationalisation roadmap.

Duration of the support: 15 hours.

Advice on Marketing and Communication for access to foreign markets

Service aimed at supporting access to foreign markets for entrepreneurs, startups and biotech SMEs through a personalized service of advice on marketing and communication strategies.

Duration of support: 15 hours.
