CTBio-LAB opened in Porto do Molle (Nigrán)

Validation Workshop Master Plan and Hybridization Plan in Braga

On 19 February, the CTB project held the second Validation Workshop of the Master Plan and the Plan for the Promotion of Hybridisation in the Biotechnology Sector. The event took place at the INL (International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory) in Braga, with the participation of the project partners and a considerable representation of companies from the biotechnology sector of the Euroregion Galicia-North Portugal. The interesting contributions obtained in this workshop have served for the final elaboration of these Plans, keys for the creation and impulse of the Cross-border Biotechnological Cluster Galicia North of Portugal. The Technological and Business Cluster of Life Sciences BIOGA organized the "Jornada de Talleres Industria 4.0" within the framework of the project Interreg Poctep CT-Bio-Constitución de un Cluster Transfronterizo de biotecnología Galicia-Norte de Portugal (Interreg Poctep CT-Bio-Constitución de un Cluster Transfronterizo de biotecnología Galicia-Norte de Portugal). On June 6, at the Cesga facilities in Santiago de Compostela, the first "Talleres Industria 4.0" Conference was held. The main objective of this Conference was the exploration of technological tools for its knowledge by the biotech sector and the identification of a project of sectorial implantation in the Galician bio sector that will be able to be piloted in the infrastructures of the Cesga.

Specialization course in medical devices

The course was organized by Bioga and taught by Farmaforum Training School in collaboration with ACIS-Axencia de Coñecemento en Saúde.  The course took place at CiMus (11 April) and CiQus (12 April) and is part of the Interreg Poctep CT-Bio-Constitución de un Cluster Transfronterizo de biotecnología Galicia-Norte de Portugal project.
